An amphitheatre is a large open area surrounded by rows of seats sloping upwards. Usually used for teaching purposes. Outdoor seating is an integral part of taking learning outside and can be used as a performance area, somewhere to observe nature, outdoor classroom, socialising space or simply somewhere for quiet time. Children can learn many lessons and skills through performing and the outdoors provides the ideal backdrop to allow them to develop confidence and creativity. It is a space where all students and faculty are welcome to interact, share and communicate. It is a space where people can speak freely.
Elumalai Polytechnic College has a very beautiful amphitheatre where motivation programme, open ground performance, special talks, demo, awareness programmes, meetings are conducted for both staff and students in a most pleasant way.
Students that develop a routine for physical activity when they are younger lower their risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and other life-altering diseases and conditions. This helps them build a healthier and stronger body for a longer life. So in Elumalai polytechnic College a Gym is provided for students who participate in regular physical activity. Individuals who are physically active have a stronger immune system. If students have access to a fitness centre within their college, they are more likely to make fitness a priority and stay healthy. When their immune systems become strong, it will also ensure that they will be less likely to catch an ailment or virus such as a cold. So our campus gym is open to all the students to gain a good physical health.

Elumalai polytechnic college has a beautiful Quadrangle ground where students can play game like volleyball, tennis, badminton. Etc.
